"Stefano fell in love with this sport just as he fell in love with the view he sees every day when he wakes up, so he asked himself, why not give everyone the chance to experience these emotions?"
A great lover of this sport with an instructor's diploma, in 2009 he decided to embark on a new adventure in his homeland: Monferrato.
This led to the creation of Monferrato in Quad, a sports association not far from Fontanile, in the Monferrato area, specialising in four-wheel motorcycle excursions.
The routes are located in Vignale Monferrato within a radius of about 50 km. The roads are mainly dirt tracks, surrounded by vineyards, woods, meadows, hazelnut groves and orchards. Along the way, you can admire ancient structures hidden by the immense greenery of the hills, discovering their history and curiosities.
Depending on the season, it is even possible to pick fruit directly from the trees: cherries, blackberries, figs, grapes, hazelnuts, etc. With a little luck, you may encounter local wildlife, such as roe deer, wild boar and birds of prey.
The seasons make the routes different throughout the year. The same route taken in autumn can seem completely different in spring, with colours providing the backdrop and making each experience unique, both for adults and children. Fun is guaranteed, tackling the dusty ground in summer and the mud in the autumn mist.

In spring, the mild climate of Monferrato will pamper you throughout the excursion.
In summer, you will be completely immersed in the green hills of Monferrato.
In autumn, you will be challenged by the terrain.
In winter, you will be put to the test.
Basic Excursion
DURATION 1 HOUR [APPROXIMATELY]
This activity is suitable for beginners, to learn the basics and become familiar with the vehicle, and then tackle the first, simpler routes (mainly dirt tracks). The excursion includes an initial briefing and a stop halfway through, during which it will be possible to change drivers if necessary.
Aperiquad Excursion
DURATION 2 HOURS [APPROXIMATELY]
The excursion includes an initial briefing and several stops during the tour to see and photograph the magnificent landscapes of Monferrato and, if necessary, change drivers.
During the trip, there will also be a stop for an aperitif (vegetarian and gluten-free options available).
Tasting Excursion
DURATION 3 HOURS [APPROX.]
The excursion includes an initial briefing and several stops during the tour to see and photograph the magnificent landscapes of Monferrato and, if necessary, change drivers.
Visit to the Infernot and wine cellar + tasting of three wines with local delicacies. The Tasting Excursion is only available in the morning.
Useful Information
Driving licence is required to drive a quad bike.
Quad bikes have a load capacity of approximately 170 kg.
In case of light rain, the excursion will go ahead as planned. In case of severe weather, the excursion will be cancelled with advance notice and rescheduled.
Comfortable clothing appropriate for the season, closed-toe shoes and a complete change of clothes are recommended.
We provide helmets and disposable helmet liners.
Quad rental requires a security deposit and the completion of a liability waiver.
Children up to 12 years of age pay a reduced rate.
The activity is suitable for everyone (the route is mainly on dirt roads). The times are 10.30 a.m., 2.15 p.m. and 4.30 p.m., with participants meeting half an hour before departure.
